5 years agoIn Friday's 117-105 win over the playoff-contending Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Lakers forward Anthony Davis picked up the second half of the season right where he left off the first with a dominating double-double performance. He did pick up a knock in the first quarter but was able to return in the second quarter and have an impressive second half. In 31 minutes, the first-year Laker posted 28 points, 13 rebounds, seven blocks, four assists, and one steal. It was the sixth time this season that Davis has blocked at least five shots. The Brow is getting better as the season moves along and has increased his field-goal percentage each month to now be shooting 59.4 percent in February.--Euan Leith
