5 years agoLos Angeles Lakers power forward/center Anthony Davis has been ruled out for Tuesday’s contest versus the Indiana Pacers due to a sprained ankle. After having played through the ailment Sunday, the Lakers have opted to play it safe, sidelining Davis for the second time this season. In his absence, expect a handful of Lakers to see increased roles, but with Kyle Kuzma also ruled out, it’s unlikely that one player benefits wholly from Davis being in street clothes, especially against a stingy Indiana defensive unit. His next chance at returning to action comes Thursday versus Milwaukee.--Jesse Borek
