4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers power forward/center Anthony Davis (Achilles) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Oklahoma City, marking his second consecutive absence due to a sore Achilles. Markieff Morris drew the start in his place Monday and will carry added DFS appeal, but Kyle Kuzma was able to log a double-double for the second consecutive outing that Davis was unavailable. It appears that L.A. is taking every precaution when it comes to Davis' health status, which may thrust his availability for Friday's outing versus the Grizzlies into flux.--Jesse Borek
