3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards wowed the crowd with his electrifying game in the team's season opener against Houston, ending up with 29 points on 10-for-21 shooting in a 124-106 win. Six of his makes came with 12 attempts from downtown and Edwards shot 3-for-4 at the line. He completed his line with six rebounds, three assists, one steal and three turnovers. Edwards had an inconsistent start to his rookie campaign last season, but he finished the year in impressive form and it looks like he's carried it over to 2021-22. Edwards will be out to shine against the Pelicans next in a matchup which he finished with 24.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and three assists last season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
