4 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Kris Dunn (ankle) has been given the green light to play in Monday's contest versus Detroit, thereby making both his season and team debut. Dunn has been sidelined for the team's first 61 games after having undergone surgery on his right ankle, with his return coming at a fortuitous time with Trae Young down due to ankle issues of his own. Head coach Nate McMillan will understandably ease Dunn back into action, so don't expect the fifth-year man to log sizable minutes just yet, but he'll be a name to watch in the coming weeks and heading into the postseason.--Jesse Borek
