6 years agoAtlanta Falcons tight end Austin Hooper had a nice game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Hooper caught all five of his targets for 59 yards as well as catching the Falcons second touchdown. Hooper seems to be a regular target for Ryan in the red zone, however this performance means that Ryan may now be looking for him in other parts of the field. If Hooper can keep catching the majority of his targets then he will gain the trust of Ryan even more and hopefully start to receive more targets all over the field. Hooper is among a group of tight ends in fantasy who are largely touchdown dependent. However, this outing suggests he has the potential to rise above that and put himself in the conversation as a top five fantasy tight end going forward.--Ben Rolfe
