5 years agoMiami Heat center Bam Adebayo posted 16 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block in a 118-113 victory over the Sacramento Kings. It's his fifth game this month with double-digit rebounds and his seventh with at least five assists. The next step in the evolution of Adebayo- and there have been several steps so far- is efficient shooting. His January shooting percentage from the field is 67.6, which is his best monthly mark this season by far. Adebayo keeps finding ways to get better in what's becoming a personal campaign for the Most Improved Player award. Up next for the 22-year-old is a matchup with the Wizards, who he put up a 14-14-5 line against in their most recent meeting.--Tim Capurso
