5 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard Ben McLemore scored a season-high 28 points while also tallying three assists, two rebounds, and one steal. In the Rockets 119-109 win over the Toronto Raptors on Thursday night, McLemore did his best to try and keep Danuel House Jr. out of the starting lineup for at least one more game. Thursday's 28 points coupled with the 24 points versus Atlanta on Saturday are certainly compelling cases for McLemore to continue to get his fair share of minutes after such a slow start to his Houston Rockets' career. House will eventually return to the starting lineup and take his minutes back, but if an owner is desperate for some Week 7 stats, McLemore could be useful versus the Phoenix Suns on Saturday night--Euan Leith
