4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons produced his 12th double-double of the season in Tuesday's victory over the Knicks, finishing with 16 points and 13 rebounds. He shot 8-for-14 from the field and added seven assists to his line with three turnovers in 34 minutes. Simmons was a regular in the double-double column at the start of the season, but he's managed only four since the start of last month. He should be able to improve his numbers with Joel Embiid (knee) out. Philly will be back in action on Wednesday against the Bucks, whose defensive numbers against opposing point guards are among the worst in the league, so Simmons is nicely placed to put on a show.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
