4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard/forward Ben Simmons (calf) will not play Thursday against the Portland Trail Blazers. Simmons apparently had his calf tighten up Wednesday night and is not healthy enough to go in the back-to-back set. Head coach Doc Rivers did not name a replacement starter, but did mention he was leaning towards Tyrese Maxey. Shake Milton could see a spot start, but he has been dealing with a knee injury and could be limited. Whoever starts would be a decent option for DFS in Thursday's smaller slate.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
