7 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons stayed passive at the offensive end on Monday, scoring just seven points against Denver on 3-for-8 shooting, but he still finished the game with a double-double. Simmons had double-digit assists for the seventh time in the last eight games, finishing with 11 assists, and he grabbed 13 rebounds. He also managed one block in 34 minutes on the floor. Unlike Joel Embiid, Simmons has been getting plenty of minutes during the recent blowout wins and this has helped him flirt with triple-doubles on a nightly basis.
