6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons scored 18 points on 8-for-11 shooting in Friday's win over the Detroit Pistons. He also added 14 rebounds and six assists while also recording a steal and three blocks. Simmons' 11 shot attempts were his most since November 25th, and his 14 rebounds his most in nearly a month. Those numbers were aided by the absence of Joel Embiid, though, and Simmons should see a drop in boards on Monday when these teams play again, though he remains a good option to put in points efficiently, though he was a non-factor in his first meeting this year with the Pistons.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
