5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons produced another outstanding performance on Saturday, leading the team to a 108-91 victory against the Lakers with 28 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, and four steals. He played a game-high 41 minutes and missed only three of his 15 shot attempts from the floor while going 4-for-6 at the line. Simmons has now failed to score 20-plus points just once in the past seven games, and he's notched five double-doubles and one triple-double during the run. Joel Embiid (hand) is close to returning, so Simmons will soon find it harder to flirt with the 20-point mark, but he'll still fill the box score on a nightly basis.
