2 years agoThe Trail Blazers extended a qualifying offer to guard Anfernee Simons on Wednesday. The move makes him a restricted free agent, giving Portland the edge in retaining his services. The 24th overall pick of the 2018 NBA Draft is coming off the best season of his career, averaging 17.3 points while shooting 40.5% from behind the arc. As a result, Simons will likely draw interest from numerous clubs around the league.
