Bo Bichette Hitting Seventh Against Orioles
2 years agoToronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette is starting at the 6 and hitting seventh in the batting order on Tuesday against Baltimore Orioles right-hander Dean Kremer. This will be just the second time all year that Bichette has hit seventh in the lineup and just the 10th time that he's hit fifth or lower. In 11 games in the month of August, he has gone 12-for-44 (.273) with three home runs, nine RBI and seven runs scored, so it's not as if Bichette has been terrible at the plate lately. Overall, the 24-year-old is hitting .260/.301/.430 with 17 home runs, 64 RBI, 62 runs scored and seven stolen bases in 461 at-bats. Bichette remains a must-start in season-long leagues, but the drop to the seven hole on Tuesday will lower his DFS appeal.
