5 years agoCameron Champ arrives at the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota this week looking to make a little noise. The PGA Tour's Driving Distance leader (317.1 yards) might find the Arnold Palmer designed, 7,468-yard setup to his liking. He also ranks 10th in Greens In Regulation Percentage and 19th in Birdie Average, two areas which could be helpful to his results. He fares well in Par 5 Scoring Average (4.56), another presumed area for success in this inaugural event. Whether he sinks or swims could depend on his work around the green, as well as on it. He has been brutal as a scrambler, and he ranks 192nd on Tour in Putts Per Round (29.87).--Daniel Dobish
