7 years agoKansas City Royals pitcher Brad Keller will start Wednesday in the series finale against the Minnesota Twins. Keller, a rule five pick, started 26 times at Double-A for Arizona in 2017. In 130 2/3 innings he had a 4.68 ERA with 111 strikeouts and 57 walks. The right-handed pitcher has worked exclusively out of the bullpen for the Royals this season. In 22 1/3 innings, he has a 2.01 ERA with 13 strikeouts and seven walks. Keller has limited upside as a starter due to a lack of strikeouts, and should only be a fantasy option in AL-only leagues at this stage.--Ben Rolfe
