3 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guards/small forwards Bradley Beal and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope are both questionable to suit up for Thursday's game against Cleveland as they attempt to return from the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Beal and Caldwell-Pope have both missed each of Washington's past three contests, which has allowed Corey Kispert, Aaron Holiday and Deni Avdija to all see elevated roles and offensive usage. With Beal leading the team in scoring (23.3 points per game) and assists (5.9 per game) and Caldwell-Pope leading the way in steals (1.3 per game), getting the duo back would be a major boost for a team that is dealing with widespread injuries and COVID issues.
