Brandon Clarke Collects Third Double-Double Of The Year
5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke came off the bench and grabbed his third double-double of the season in a 117-105 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. In 33 minutes on Friday night, Clarke put up 14 points on 7-for-11 shooting from the floor, 10 rebounds, four assists, one steal, and one block. It's his first double-double since Jan. 25, but there could be more shortly as the small forward is averaging a season-high 24.3 minutes in February. The Grizzlies are battling for the eighth seed in the Western Conference playoffs and will be putting their best five on the court every night. Clarke is one of those five, and the rookie is in line to become a sneaky top-10 option at small forward down the stretch of that fantasy basketball season.
