5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies power forward/center Brandon Clarke spent most of Saturday questionable to suit up due to a back injury, but after being cleared shortly before tip-off, Clarke was able to notch the first double-double of his career off the bench versus Phoenix. The rookie logged just 22 minutes, but was supremely efficient, collecting 16 points, 11 rebounds, three steals and two blocks during his time on the floor. Until Clarke sees his minutes tick up, he’s likely only an option in deeper leagues, although the possible injury to Jaren Jackson Jr. could open the door to increased value. Keep an eye on both players’ status ahead of Monday’s game against Houston.--Jesse Borek
