5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram scored 22 points on Wednesday in the loss to the Spurs. Ingram had a rough shooting night, sinking only six of his 22 shot attempts from the field, which included going 2-for-8 from downtown. He was, however, able to offset those shoddy shooting percentages by going 8-for-11 from the charity stripe. The 22-year-old also tied his season-low by racking up only three rebounds in addition to coming away with a meager two assists after accruing at least six dimes in five of his last six outings. With Zion Williamson (knee) back in the mix, Ingram will likely see a small reduction--at times--in statistical production across the board, even with the 2019 No. 1 overall pick playing limited minutes for the foreseeable future.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
