Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Steven Adams Out Sunday
4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans small forward Brandon Ingram (ankle), point guard Lonzo Ball (thumb) and center Steven Adams (toe) have all been deemed unavailable for Sunday's contest versus the Lakers, ending their season. Ingram wraps up the year having averaged 23.8 PPG for the second consecutive campaign, while Ball set a career-best with 14.6 PPG and 3.1 made triples on a nightly basis. Ingram and Adams stand to remain cornerstones of the Pelicans' rotation next season, but Ball is set for a unique free agency that could command a top-tier contract. Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Naji Marshall, Jaxson Hayes and Willy Hernangomez all stand to see elevated workloads Sunday, while Eric Bledsoe figures to have the highest offensive upside.
