6 years agoBubba Watson endured a brutal opening start to the year, struggling to a 31st place finish at the Sentry Tournament of Champions. Watson’s poor week was due to his awful performance on the greens in Kapalua. The American dropped over 11 strokes to the field with the flat-stick for the four days of action. It was Watson’s worst career performance on the greens at an event, and he will hope to put it behind him at this week’s Sony Open. Watson has not played the Sony Open previously. --Gianni
