3 years agoFor Bubba Watson, he has to get on the greens and make some birdies. There is no other way around it. In 2021, Watson has been great with his shots off the tee. He ranks fifth in shots gained off the tee at 0.706. After that, it has been an adventure into the average and mostly below average. The golfer only makes 3.59 birdies per round which rank 117th. Given how well he drives the ball, that is a disappointing number. His final round 64 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic vaulted him to a tie for sixth. The next week, he missed a number of putts and finished outside of the top 50. Watson is in position but has to finish holes to contend this week. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
