Buddy Hield Drops Season-High 35 Points During Victory
5 years agoSacramento Kings shooting guard Buddy Hield paced his squad to a win over the Boston Celtics on Sunday, finishing 14-for-24 from the field overall en route to a 35-point effort. Hield, who has established himself as one of the premier marksman in the league over the past two seasons, knocked down seven triples, giving him 28 makes from deep over his last six games. In addition to the scoring eruption, he also added six rebounds, four steals and two assists to cap off his 38 minutes. As point guard De'Aaron Fox remains sidelined for at least the next few weeks, expect Hield to retain an increased role in the Sacramento offense. He next takes the floor Tuesday versus Phoenix.
