5 years agoThe Chicago Bulls have decided to shake up their front office while the NBA is on hiatus. The organization is finalizing a deal with Denver Nuggets general manager Arturas Karnisovas. He will be the new Executive VP of Basketball Operations for the Bulls going forward. Karnisovas helped turn around the Nuggets into a legitimate playoff threat. It's unclear when the NBA seasons is going to resume, but the Bulls are definitely excited about the future.
