2 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman C.J. Cron (wrist) is back in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the San Diego Padres. Cron was hit in his left wrist by a pitch during Friday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks and he went on to sit out on both Saturday and Sunday. The 32-year-old has had a strong season overall and he's been particularly hot through the early going of July. Over his first eight games of the month, he's slashed .310/.375/.724 with three home runs, three doubles, 10 RBI and four runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
