6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers shooting guard C.J. McCollum had a solid outing Thursday night against the Orlando Magic. In the contest, McCollum scored 22 points on seven of twelve shooting and made all six free-throw attempts. This was a nice bounce-back game for McCollum who scored just 13 points on 20 percent shooting Monday night versus the Washington Wizards. Next up for the Blazers and McCollum is the Miami Heat on Saturday. Heat shooting guard Josh Richardson will be the player primarily defending McCollum. Richardson has the eleventh best defensive rating for guards that play more than 10 minutes a game.
