7 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum couldn't get it going on Tuesday, shooting just 5-for-18 from the field for only 11 points. He also didn't hit a single three-pointer and also committed four turnovers, as owners were expecting a much better performance against a Kings team that ranks second to last in team defensive efficiency. This was a night to forget for McCollum, so owners have no choice but to remain hopeful he can get it going on Thursday against the Timberwolves. With the Blazers fighting to hold on to their playoff hopes, it bodes well for McCollum's value because they're going to need more from him if they're going to make it into the postseason.--Dicky Fung
