4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum (back) mentioned that he will not need surgery following Saturday's loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. He suffered a vertebral fracture during Portland's first seeding game, but continued to play through the issue. McCollum said after the game that he'll need six to eight weeks of rest to heal his back. It sounds like McCollum will be back at full strength for next season.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
