5 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard/small forward C.J. Miles will miss Wednesday’s contest against the Phoenix Suns due to a ligament injury in his left wrist. The specificity of the ailment could mean that Miles is in line for a multi-game absence, with the Wizards having utilized his sharpshooting as a reserve this season to the tune of 6.4 points per game. On the heels of Tuesday’s game, Miles had missed each of his previous eight looks from long range. His next chance at suiting up comes Friday versus the Lakers, although expect the team to provide some type of update prior to tip-off.--Jesse Borek
