3 years agoDetroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (ankle) won't play on Wednesday night against the visiting Chicago Bulls. The No. 1 overall pick has been dealing with a sprained right ankle since training camp. Fortunately, there is a chance he may make his professional debut once the team returns from its three-game road trip, which could make him available for the October 30th showdown against the Orlando Magic. Still, Cunningham's conditioning may be an issue once he is ready to make it back, so fantasy managers in all formats should remain cautious despite his inevitable availability.
