3 years agoDetroit Pistons shooting guard Cade Cunningham recorded the eighth double-double of his career during Thursday's win over Toronto, tying his career-best with 12 boards in the process. Cunningham entered play scuffling from long range, but he shook off those concerns by going 4-for-9 from behind the arc, the ninth time this season that he has knocked down at least four triples. He ultimately finished with 22 points on 9-for-20 shooting overall, also adding in five assists and two steals to tie a knot on one of his more impressive fantasy outings of the year. His next outing is slated for Friday vs. the Pacers, but the rookie has struggled to the tune of an average of just 11.5 points and a 35.8 overall shooting percentage on the second leg of back-to-backs this season.--Jesse Borek
