4 years agoDespite the lack of driving distance at 297.1 yards and poorer driving accuracy at 58%, Cameron Smith could still be in the mix come the weekend at Kiawah Island. This is because of his short game and top-15 putting when it comes to strokes gained. Also, his putting average is fourth and his one-putts are third on tour. His ability to gain strokes around the green ranks 11th, and his top-10 sand-save percentage could help as well.
