Caris LeVert Out Wednesday

2 years agoIndiana Pacers guard Caris LeVert (back) won't play against the Nuggets Wednesday. LeVert went through the team's shootaround but ultimately didn't feel healthy enough to take part in game action- with head coach Rick Carlisle noting that this wasn't a situation where he aggravated the injury. LeVert is still dealing with a stiff back, so he should be considered day-to-day on the front end of his team's back-to-back, with his next chance to return coming on Thursday versus Jazz. Domantas Sabonis, Chris Duarte, and Malcolm Brogdon should all be more involved against Denver. Sabonis could be the best play of the bunch, as the Nuggets have struggled this year against power forwards.--Tim Capurso
