5 years agoBrooklyn Nets shooting guard Caris Levert exploded for a career-high 37 points in Saturday's loss to Toronto, shooting 12-for-18 from the field and a sensational 6-for-7 from downtown. He was perfect at the line with seven attempts, adding four assists, three rebounds, and one steal. Kyrie Irving (knee) is injured again, which gives others a chance to shine, and LeVert took advantage of the opportunity on Saturday. He himself missed a lengthy period of time with an injury earlier in the season, and he's had a tough time getting going after that, but it seems like he's fully in rhythm again, having dropped 20-plus points in three straight games.
