3 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward Carmelo Anthony produced another nice performance off the bench in Monday's 126-123 overtime win against Charlotte, scoring a season-high 29 points with 9-for-13 shooting. He was unconscious from deep in 37 minutes of action, shooting 7-for-10. Melo finished without a single turnover and added three rebounds, one assist and one block to his tally. LeBron James (abdominal strain) has been ruled out for one week, but there are worrying reports that he might actually miss a lot more time than that. Anthony will be in for a busy -- and hopefully productive time -- if that's the case. He's shooting a superb 52 percent from deep this season and will look to keep it up next against the Heat on Wednesday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
