4 years agoDetroit Tigers top prospect Casey Mize has shown flashes of what made him the No. 1 overall pick in 2018 throughout the first five starts of his Major League career. On Thursday, he faces Cleveland, a favorable matchup with the club having posted a collective .686 OPS through its first 48 games. While Mize will have a difficult path to his first victory -- facing off against Cleveland ace Shane Bieber -- he could be an intriguing DFS selection if he is allowed to see his pitch count climb. Mize has not allowed more than three earned runs in any of his starts, with his 5.85 ERA more emblematic of his inability to be allowed to go deep into starts.--Jesse Borek
