3 years agoDetroit Tigers right-hander Casey Mize (elbow) is scheduled to make his first rehab start for Triple-A Toledo on Thursday. Mize injured his elbow during a start on April 14, just his second appearance of the 2022 season. The 25-year-old hurler is trending in the right direction after his elbow sprain but he will probably need a few rehab starts before he's ready to join the big league club. Barring any setbacks, Mize should be back with the Tigers by the end of May, if not sooner.--Matt T - RotoBaller
