Charley Hoffman Not Playable At ZOZO Championship
3 years agoCharley Hoffman has yet to miss a cut in the 2021/22 season. However, his finishes have dropped each of the last four weeks. Hoffman started the season with a T22 at the Fortinet Championship, then a T39 at the Sanderson Farms Championship. A T44 at the Shriners followed, and last week Hoffman finished 68th/77 at the CJ Cup. A reason, Hoffman has struggled in two major areas, on approach, and on the greens. Hoffman is 123rd in strokes gained on approach, hitting just over 71% of greens. Once he gets on the green, Hoffman is losing .231 strokes per round putting, 162nd on tour in that stat. Pairing those stats with his higher than expected DFS price, Hoffman should be left in the DFS lobby.
