7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Cheick Diallo liked the taste of glass in Friday's road win over the Thunder, as he grabbed nine rebounds in 16 minutes off the bench. He also had one block and shot the ball well, going 3-for-4 from the floor on his way to seven points. The Pelicans looked set to sign Terrence Jones on Friday night, but the deal was called off. It's possible they see Diallo as a potential big man who can eat up some of DeMarcus Cousins' minutes. The second-year player certainly didn't hurt his chances of seeing the floor more with this effort.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
