7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Cheick Diallo enjoyed an extended run on Sunday with Emeka Okafor (ankle) missing the game, logging 23 minutes off the bench and finishing with his second double-double of the season. Diallo scored a season-high 13 points on 6-for-9 shooting and grabbed 15 rebounds while also adding three steals as a bonus. The Pelicans start the new week with a back-to-back set, which means there should be minutes available for Diallo. He's an efficient scorer around the rim and a beast at times on the boards, so another double-double isn't out of the question if he manages to get 20-plus minutes again.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
