6 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Chi Chi Gonzalez will pitch for the first time since undergoing Tommy John surgery. Gonzalez will throw two innings in the Arizona League, as he begins his return. Gonzalez is someone who could make up part of the Rangers rotation in 2019. Gonzalez was impressive in 2015, throwing 67 innings with a 3.90 ERA. However, in 2016 he surrendered a 8.71 ERA in 10 1/3 innings. The issue with Gonzalez for fantasy his lack of strikeouts in the majors, which will limit his upside going forward.--Ben Rolfe
