4 years agoChris Baker will make his second start of the season at the Corales Championship. Baker missed the cut at the Safeway Open, where he shot four-under par over two days. Baker made half of his cuts in the 2020 season but finished with just one top-25 in 18 starts. He was accurate with his approach shots, ranking 24th on the tour in greens-in-regulation percentage. He failed to take advantage of his approaches, ranking 171st in birdie average. It is difficult to buy stock in anyone that fails to convert their approaches into birdies. Baker will look to find some magic on the greens this week, but it is best to stay away from him.--Connor Wege
