3 years agoIndiana Pacers shooting guard Chris Duarte (shoulder) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest against Detroit due to a right shoulder ailment. Justin Holiday was bumped into the starting five in place of Duarte on Monday and logged 31 minutes, giving him some DFS appeal, even as Kelan Martin will draw starting duties Wednesday. Duarte, who scored in double figures in each of his first nine professional contests, has been held to single digits in three of his last five. The 24-year-old rookie has knocked down at least one triple in each game he has appeared thus far. His next chance to suit up comes Friday vs. the Hornets.--Jesse Borek
