5 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Chris Paul led his squad in scoring for the first time since Jan. 20 during Friday’s win over the Detroit Pistons. Paul shot an efficient 7-for-11 from the floor overall, although he continued to scuffle with his three-point shot, which has yielded a combined 4-for-19 showing over his last five games. But in that same stretch, Paul has set up teammates exceptionally well, dishing out an average of 8.8 assists on a nightly basis. As the Thunder remain in the thick of the playoff hunt, Paul can be relied upon for startlingly consistency game in and game out.--Jesse Borek
