Chris Paul Flirts With Triple-Double In 25-Point Outing
5 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Chris Paul logged just his second double-double of the year with points and rebounds, coming just two assists shy of his first triple-double in 2019-20 during Sunday’s win over the Toronto Raptors. Paul shot 9-for-18 from the field overall, including 3-for-6 from long range, en route to a 25-point showing. He also led the Thunder on the glass, setting a new season high with 11 boards across his 34 minutes. Paul is likely to close out December with season best monthly averages in points (17.7), rebounds (5.5) and assists (7.6), seemingly getting stronger as the year goes on, thereby increasing his fantasy value heading into the new year.
