Chris Paul Provides 17 Points in 27 Minutes
7 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Chris Paul got most of his 17 points from the charity stripe in Sunday's win over Phoenix. Paul was perfect from the line for a second consecutive game, making all nine attempts. He also had a second consecutive outing without a single turnover, getting 27 minutes on the floor. CP3 ended up having only five assists and two rebounds, but the Rockets were in full control, so head coach Mike D'Antoni didn't have to use his floor general much. Paul should be much more productive on Tuesday when the Rockets face Orlando, who struggle against point guards, allowing 23.3 points per 48 minutes.
