3 years agoPhoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul (thumb) has been cleared to play in Thursday's contest vs. Denver, marking his first in-game action since Feb. 16. Paul, the league's leading assist man (10.7 per game), missed 15 games due a fractured thumb. With the 12-time All-Star back in the mix, Cameron Payne is set to reclaim his role among the second unit, thereby zapping him of a large chunk of his fantasy appeal. Paul's return does also cap the ceiling of Devin Booker somewhat, although the veteran's minutes total may be monitored in the short-term. Ultimately, his regular-season return is a boon for season-long fantasy managers, who should have no hesitation in firing him up for playoff matchups.--Jesse Borek
