Sale broke his left pinkie finger on a line drive against the division-rival New York Yankees in just his second start of the year on July 17. The 33-year-old southpaw got a late start to the 2022 season due to injured ribs, and now fantasy managers will have to wait for him again in what has been another lost season due to injuries.
